Zella Mae Brown Browning 82, of Letcher, passed away at the Whitesburg ARH Hospital on March 25, 2021. Zella was the daughter of the late Merlin and Hassie Hampton Brown. She is survived by two sons, Joseph Browning of Letcher and Randell Browning (Ricca) of Versailles; 2 daughters, Mabel Philpot of Isom and Patsy Campbell (Scott) of Hazard; 5 grandchildren: Tiffany Hicks (Eric) of Isom, Dillon King (Brooke) of Mayking, Paxton, Anders, and Tucker Browning of Versailles; 4 great grandchildren: Bella and Brody Banks , and Beckett Hicks of Isom and Brady King of Mayking. Zella was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Watson and James Brown; a daughter: Patty Browning, and husband Joseph T. Browning Jr. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Sunday, March 28, 2021 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at the Hampton Cemetery at Letcher, Kentucky.
