Billy Ray Blair passed away March 15, 2017 at his residence in Connersville Indiana. He was born November 29, 1957 to Elbert and Alice Blair Blair. He worked several years at Sperry Rubber in Brookville Ind. then at Randall's Textron in Greensburg Ind. Billy Ray belonged  to two volunteer Fire Dept throughout his youth. He enjoyed fishing , mushroom hunting and country music. He is survived by 1 daughter: Crystal Lynn Blair of North Vernon, Indiana; brother Dan Blair of Joseph Org. sister Myrtle Thomas of Metamora Ind. and brother Enoch Blair of Brookville Ind.  He was proceeded in death by his mother & father, sister Joyce Plummer, sister Alta Blair, sister Dorothy Mae Ison , brother Russell  Blair, Bobby Wayne Blair. Funeral: 2:00 O'clock P.M. Tuesday, March 21,2017 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Tony Blair officiating. Visitation: 12:00 PM Tuesday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Blair Cemetery at Jeremiah, Kentucky.
