I'm so sorry to hear about Mr. Webb's passing. He was my teacher in 1966. He was so kind and a very good teacher. God bless you all. I will be praying for you.

Prayers for the family. Mr. Webb was the director for the JTPA program when I was a young man. I have thought of him often through the years. I learned so much from the way he carried himself and the compassion he showed for the poor children of Letcher county. Heaven gained a worthy man! Rest in peace Mr. Webb
